"I hunted doves this season with JR7 and would recommend anyone to hunt with them. Opening day did not see many birds but the guys from JR7 did about all you can do to make our hunt good. They were very transparent with us about the hunting conditions and lack of game before opening day but we choose to hunt any way. JR7 was in constant contact with our group offering field options and scouting. I'm not sure what else you can ask for. A bad day in the field beats a good day in the office. JR7 will see us again multiple times for 21-22 season. Thx JR"
"Huge shout out to JR7 Outdoor Adventures LLC . Jonathan is an amazing dude! Set us up last minute and accepted the challenge on a hog hunt/dove combo. The whole place is amazing and drivable for trucks with plenty of room on each side. Clean clean place! From the first phone call to our last interaction leaving the ranch, Jonathan was very respectful and made sure we were his main priority. Put us in the blind at 530 am to closing the gate behind us. Can't brag enough and it may seem like a lot but this man had my son Xander saying, " I like him alot". Deer, Elk,Hogs, Buffalo, dove, fish, he has it all. Jonathan has gained my trust and will continue to do business with him for many years to come."

"Shoutout to Jonathan Rust at Jr7 Outdoor Adventures, we booked a dove hunt with him a couple weeks ago and today we went on the hunt. He put us on an 80 acre sunflower field and we had a blast. Never have done a day hunt or anything like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can’t imagine it being done any better than what we experienced today. "I call this day an unOfficial Texas Holiday....Opening Day for dove season. It kicks off the new hunting season and what better way to do that than be out in a sunflower field trying to shoot dove going 90mph with the wind, while giving you the middle feather. I was blessed enough to connect on 17 (14 mourning/whitewings and 3 eurasians). I was out there with just Mia but looking forward to being able to enjoy this hunting season with family and friends.
It was good to see the Bird and Turtle Police protecting our resources and when I told him that my oldest girl was going to be upset I met him because he is on Lone Star Law, he gave me some things to take back to her. He patrols the county my hunting land is in so it was good to finally meet him.
Jonathan Rust, we are going to enjoy this dove field.
I hope anyone else that got out in the field today had a good time.
